EXCHANGE POLICY ?
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days, provided that the product has not been used or tried on at all.
The exchange will be processed, and the customer is required to cover the shipping fees again for the new product of their choice.
RETURN POLICY ?
Full order returns are accepted, provided that none of the items have been used or tried on.
The returned items must be exactly the same as received.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees again.
The product refund will be issued via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay.
